RETURN & EXCHANGE  POLICY

Aegis has made every effort to include adequate information such as detailed dimensions of the handbag, length of strap(s), holster pocket dimensions, description of color and texture of leather.

We want you to be completely happy with your selection but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept your return of unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within Fifteen (15) days from the date the order was placed. Returned merchandise that is purchased directly from Aegisbags.com should include the receipt, vendor packaging with tags still attached to the handbag and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. After 15 days merchandise will not be refunded. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. We will warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 90 days from receipt of the purchase.

NOTE: This warranty is limited. It does not cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, fire, theft, loss, or intentional damage. Please notify intent to return and reason by email to: info@aegisbags.com. You will receive an email confirmation with the shipping address. On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Please be sure to use the proper amount of postage and insurance and tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Please return your bag in its original box. Unless the bag is defective we do not refund the shipping fee charged for the order. Restocking fees may apply.

We at Aegis want you to feel confident carrying our bags. If you are ever put in to a life or death situation, where the use of your firearm is required, we want you to focus on the situation at hand and not think about possibly shooting a hole in your luxury handbag. If you shoot a hole in an Aegis bag while defending your life we will replace your bag with a similar in stock bag. Follow procedures for returns of bags, however, you must include a police report that states that you were defending your life.
